LPW is a 501C(3) organization, about 2 years old, whose mission is to identify and motivate leaders in the community, as well as improve communications among leaders. There are 10 monthly sessions, covering many aspects of the community, beginning with a 2 day overnight retreat. There are about 30 in each cohort. It was started through an initiative sponsored by the two Chambers. It has a Board of Regents to oversee the process. Kathy is recuiting for members for the fall sessions.
